- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
- Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it to our return address:

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
3. Refunds
